Effective October 30, 2026 · AI4Friend is operated by Innowave Software Solutions and Consulting Inc., Langley, British Columbia, Canada.
AI4Friend is for making friends and doing things together. These guidelines explain what's expected and what gets accounts removed. They form part of our Terms of Service.
Be yourself
One account, your real first name, recent photos that clearly show your face. No celebrities, no group shots as your main photo, no filters that change how you look.
You must be 18+. Accounts of people under 18 are removed on sight.
Don't pretend to be someone else or claim a job, location or affiliation you don't have.
Be respectful
No harassment, threats, bullying, stalking or unwanted contact. If someone says no, stop. If they block you, don't try to reach them another way.
No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other characteristic.
No sexual content, nudity or sexual solicitation. AI4Friend is not a dating or hookup app; romantic or sexual advances toward people who haven't invited them are harassment.
No violence, graphic content, or promotion of self-harm, drugs or illegal activity.
Be honest
No commercial use: no advertising, promoting a business, recruiting, fundraising, selling tickets or multi-level marketing.
No scams: never ask members for money, gifts, loans, investments or financial information.
Reviews must describe a plan that actually happened. No fake, retaliatory or paid reviews.
No spam, bots, scraping or automation.
Be safe
Don't share other people's private information (addresses, phone numbers, photos) without their permission.
Report behaviour that worries you. False or abusive reports are themselves a violation.
What happens when guidelines are broken
Depending on severity we may remove content, reject a photo, warn you, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban your account — without refund and, where safety requires it, without notice. Serious matters (threats, assault, exploitation of minors) are reported to law enforcement. You can contact [email protected] if you think we got something wrong.
